Detoxing the body from accumulated toxins through the feet is an aged Chinese method, it is based on the idea that our feet have many energy zones linked to each individual body organs. A detox bath can be an exceptional solution for washing your body from accumulated body toxins. Here are three proven methods for body detox through your feet:

Salt Detox Bath


  1. A single cup of sea salt
  2. One cup of Epsom salt
  3. Two cups of baking soda
  4. Few drops of any essential oil


Put all the ingredients in the boiling water pot and mix it well until it dissolves. Let it cool down for 15-20 minutes and soak your feet for an approx half an hour. The foot detox bath will soothe your skin, fights body fatigue and detoxes the body also.

Clay Detox Bath


  1. Half cup bentonite clay
  2. Half cup Epsom salt
  3. Several drops of any essential oil


  1. First, add the Epsom salt in lukewarm water to melt.
  2. Next, add the clay in the water.
  3. When it’s dissolved put it in the tub.
  4. Soak the feet for 20-25 mins.
  5. The footbath increases the magnesium levels and cleanses the body.

Oxygen Detox Bath


  1. One tbsp. ginger powder
  2. Two cups of hydrogen peroxide


Begin with filling up the tub with lukewarm water and add all ingredients. Next, soak the feet for a good half an hour. This detox foot tub heals allergies, detoxes the body and also removes all skin inflammation.
