Perfect Liver Cleanse Cocktail with an Energy Booster

September 26, 2019

It’s time to flush all the toxins and make a liver cleanse. My nutrition trainer is the one that gave me this drink recipe.  I’ve gotta tell you.  I didn’t like it on the first day, but I was able to drink it all. The second day it really wasn’t all that bad, so I get used to the taste at all.  The 3rd day I think I may have desired it.  I determinately wanted a cleanse that would also boost my energy levels and help me with cravings.  My wife is doing this cleanse along with me and she took it well.  We have both encountered a big difference in how we both feel!

Liver Cleanse Cocktail Recipe

This liver detox cocktail contains only a few ingredients:

  • 4 oz – Classic Unsweet Cranberry Juice, not the one that’s packed with sugar that found at your local supermarket
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon (squeezed one)
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Ice Cubes
  • 4 oz Water
  • B-12 25 Drops

Combine all the above ingredients and mix well.  Drink up this liver cleanse cocktail!

The liver is one of the most essential organs in the human body.  Its role is filtering out all the toxins and also waste from the blood. Moreover, it stimulates digestion by producing proteins, processing fat, depositing nutrients and carbohydrates.

This drink will help rid the liver of harmful toxins and keeping the body’s pH levels from displaying extremely acidic, a state that can make a person exposed to weight resistance and disease.

The B-12 vitamins are a unique ingredient that gives you a great energy boost!  You should also be able to find these at your local health food store or Amazon.

Did you know?  The liver metabolizes 80% of the body’s fat. It filters 4 pints of blood in a minute.  And it provides bile to support metabolize fat.  This is why it’s notably important to cleanse the liver. We suggest doing this liver cleanse routine for a complete 21 days!  My nutritionist told me she does this on a daily basis all the time.
